#CC14: 11 Days to Christmas

From the light into the darkness, as we continue the exciting Countdown to Christmas with the official video to this beautiful song by Military Voices.

1914 – The Carol of Christmas is a centenary tribute to those who died during the First World War, and in every conflict in the one hundred years since. Military Voices is composed of the RAF Spitfire Choir, Flight Lieutenant Matt Little, Abby Scott and William Inscoe, a finalist on BBC Radio 2’s Young Chorister of the Year.

Every time I listen to this, I get chills all over my body, the official video features a cameo from members of the country’s cadet forces – and, most importantly of all, it is raising valuable funds for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and the RAF Benevolent Fund.
